At Grove Salon, you will receive top notch service & a full Aveda salon experience. We care about each guest that sits in our chairs, tells us their hair goals, & walks out transformed & confident. We also believe that the choices we make as business must be planet-minded. We approach each service with these two thoughts in mind so you can feel good about your choice of salon.
Grove Salon was established in 2020 in the vibrant & growing community of Lake Nona, Orlando with a mission to provide environmentally conscious beauty services rooted in wellness, creativity, & care for the planet. We use 94% naturally derived, cruelty-free, vegan Aveda products as part of our mission of caring for guests & caring for our planet.
In the years since, our team of professionally trained stylists bring passion, artistry, & dedication to our salon every day. Through our unique Aveda experience, we continue to learn new trends & techniques to stay ready to provide our guests the best service.

Guest Policies
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Grove Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Due to demand for our services & limited appointment availability. Please provide us with a notice of 24 hours or more if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that notify us the previous day before your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations & no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Please understand this charge is to compensate your service provider.
Late & Tardy Policy
Grove Salon will always try our best to accommodate our guests in the event they are late for their scheduled appointment time. Guests will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. If you are late to your appointment, we will try our best to complete your service to the highest standard. Unfortunately, we may not be able to complete all the services that were originally scheduled. In certain circumstances, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Guarantee of Services
Grove Salon strives to make sure you are completely satisfied with all of your services. Grove Salon does not offer refunds. If for any reason you are satisfied, please notify our management team. We ask that you contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. Because we use Aveda hair color on our guests, each stylist will educate you on the proper at-home care to compliment your Aveda hair color. Please note, we do not guarantee out hair color services without the use of Aveda shampoo, conditioner, & styling products.
Guarantee of Aveda Products
We love Aveda products, and we hope you do as well. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, exchanges are permitted up to 14 days after your product purchase. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased in the salon.
Cell Phone Policy
We strive to create a relaxing environment for our guests. We ask that you refrain using a cell phone in speaker mode while receiving services. We also ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving your shampoo experience.
Children Safety
Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted on the salon floor unless they are receiving a service. We ask that you do not leave unattended children/minors in our salon waiting area. Please note you may be asked to reschedule your appointment should children accompany you.
