Guest Policy

Grove Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Due to demand for our services, and limited appointment availability. Please provide us with a notice of 24 hours, or more if you wish you cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We ask that you notify us the previous day before your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s.) Please understand, this charge is to compensate your service provider.

Grove salon will always try our best to accommodate our guests in the event they are late for their scheduled appointment time.  Guests will be allowed a 15 min grace period.  If you are late to your appointment, we will try our best to complete your service to the highest standard.  Unfortunately, we may not be able to complete all the services that were originally scheduled. In certain circumstances, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Grove Salon strives to make sure you are completely satisfied with all of your services.  Grove Salon does not offer refunds.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify our management team.  We ask that you contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.  Because we use Aveda hair color on our guests, each stylist will educate you on the proper home care to compliment your Aveda hair color.  Please note, we do not guarantee out hair color services without the use of Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and styling products. 

We love Aveda products; we hope you do as well.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, exchanges are permitted up to 14 days after your product purchase.  We do not offer refunds on any products purchased in salon.

We strive to create a relaxing environment for our guests.  We ask that you refrain from using a cell phone in speaker mode while receiving services.  We also ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving your shampoo experience.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the salon floor unless they are receiving a service.  We ask that you do not leave unattended children/minors in our salon waiting area.  Please note you may be asked to reschedule your appointment should children accompany you.
